Eyes of God and eyes of believers

Image
"We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” 2 Chronicles 20:12c "God sees all that you do" is a dialogue readers might recollect from their childhood memories. It is true based on Proverbs 15:3 and Hebrews 4:13. God sees all that everyone does. God created everything. God created everyone. Almighty God cares about the overall conduct of His children as well as the conduct of others toward His children. The care of God measures way beyond human parents. Psalms 32:8 teaches that God sets His eyes upon the one He counsels. That means God counsels each believer in the way each one can understand it. The reason is the righteousness of God in giving opportunities to obey Him. Zechariah 2:8 reveals that God values His believers as the apple of His eye. Psalm 121:7,8 are verses that shows God watches over His children. God loves His children very much. The eyes of God describes the love of God. The eyes of God counsels rightly. Salvation of Zacchaeus

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” Luke 19:10 Zacchaeus was a son of Abraham. (Luke 19:9) Zacchaeus was a rich man with a rewarding profession. (Luke 19:2) And, Zacchaeus was considered a sinner. (Luke 19:7) Being a chief tax collector at that time and region must have been really hard. It is understood Zacchaeus had all that he wanted in life. Yet, he wanted to see Jesus. The Bible passage records every effort that the short man took to see Jesus. That means Holy Spirit recognizes sincerity in human beings. Having to run ahead of a crowd and climbing a tree unexpectedly would exhaust anyone. The unexpected activities must have been tough for the small man. However, Zacchaeus valued his opportunity to see Jesus passing by. He did all that he could, making accurate use of time.  All efforts worked well for Zacchaeus. Jesus stopped at the tree he was on. The Holy Bible reveals here that Jesus will stop anywhere to see anyone that takes effort. Jesus knows the nee...

"And the people of Nineveh believed God. They called for a fast and put on sackcloth , from the greatest of them to the least of them." Jonah 3:5 Humans journey through various circumstances from birth till death. Believers attain their spiritual maturity at different ages. The beloved children of God undergo many situations that determine their growth in Christ. The Holy Bible shows many instances where one could go wrong. Bible shows that some lives become ruined forever. Only those that repent and correct themselves receive another chance to live according to the will of God. Remaining close to God is the only way to be safe from sins and violence. Nothing and noone can ever defeat what God does for His children. The incidents written in the book of Jonah proves so. God knew Jonah. God also knew the King and people of Nineveh! Jonah altered the plans considering his safety. Jonah had to finally obey God. Jonah knew only God could deliver Jonah from the problems that ...

Image
Certain times of life are so difficult that some believers are forced to forget God. Unknowingly, that leads to unbelief. Reading the Word of God becomes impossible. Prayer is either completed speedily or skipped. It would seem that the situations of a person determines their relationship with God. In reality,   the relationship of each person with God determines their situations. One who continues believing God at all times successfully overcomes challenges. The initial difficulties will move with constant prayer. Such people are honored by the Lord using miracles that later become testimonies which glorify God. Following are four common steps believers opt in times of trouble. 1. Fellowship praying A church or prayer fellowship that is obedient to Holy Spirit will be matured in assisting believers that are facing trials in life. Praying together with fellow believers without judging each other is not only a great relief but also a way for God to take action on the prayer. T...
